Just come back from a long weekend golf trip staying at this hotel. It has clearly seen better days and could do with a revamp but the major problem is the attitude of some of the staff. After eating out the first night we were there, we fancied a nightcap in the hotel bar but we arrived back at the... More

Stayed at this hotel for a few days and I was really disappointed. From a distance everything seems OK but up close it is another story. The heating never once functioned correctly, the rooms are adequate but nothing more. However, the worse experience came from the staff who are either unfriendly or downright incompetent. The only saving grace is the... More

I stayed here for business reasons. The hotel was a good location for our meetings. I thought it was somewhat run down. The stairs to the rooms were worn and ragged which gave a bad first impression. The room was dull and seemed in need of a sprucing up. The lobby area was tiny, with little space for meeting with... More

The room was big and so was the bathtub. But the room was really cold and it took forever to warm it up. As the staff new I was coming, I wonder why they did not switch the heating on beforehand. My room was also quite far from the reception and I had to walk around in endless corridors. The... More

Don't really know where to start with this place. From memory it had reasonable reviews but I found it to be a bit post apocalyptic. It was as if the Hotel had been beamed down from another planet. My rooms was very large but miles away from reception and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it.... More

A very nice Hotel in a little town. Not much to do here if you don`t want to visit some museums from the Napoleon war. 40 minutes walk to the station so the easiest way to get here from Brussels airport is by taxi 65-70 Euro).

First of all, I am one of those people who would never ever dream of writing on one of these sites, I actually still can't believe I am doing it now. But you know when you get that mad when you think about a situation after the event, so here goes... I have stayed at the Grand Hotel - Waterloo... More

Spent a week here in 2009. The rooms were more than I had hoped for and the food was great. Nice location and great staff. I would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale hotel. Waterloo is a great place to use as base camp. Brussels is 30 minutes away.
