Frontdesk staff was friendly. Hotel itself is pretty outdated and needs renovation. Hi, its a very clean and confortable hotel. Thw wifi aint free, you get 30 minutes a day thats free thats all.. For a room worth 350$ a night i think its ridiculus. Stayed here for one night. Chose this because it was a Sheraton and having stayed in many Sheraton hotels before I didn't you could go wrong. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel. Concierge was helpful with arrangements to take the train to Bruge. The Nord Train Station was only 2 1/2 blocks away. The hotel was very busy. It was clean and people were very kind. It is close to Grand Place (the town square) Very nice. More

Spent 2 nights here on vacation in rainy May. Large hotel with big sleeping rooms. Easy walk to tourist area in about 15-20 minutes. Not much else close by as it is in business section of town.
