Not a very good welcome by staff - very officious and off hand. The room on the 7th floor was small, but adequate for a single night's stay. 4 star - not in my book, although the breakfast was good, as was location - don't imagine we would re-visit, there are plenty of other less pretentious hotels in the City.

Service staff at reception not very friendly. The doormen/ baggage handlers very helpful both with luggage & directions. Breakfast was good. Room & bathroom were very basic. It is livable, but there were things that simply are not be acceptable for a hotel positioning itself as a 4 star! Stayed here for a few days in Brussels. We booked based on location and on-site parking, and were not disappointed in that respect! Just spent two nights here. Greeted straight away by staff who were well presented and helpful. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Bath, shower and toilet clean,working well, air conditioning working perfectly well. Lift did break down once, but it does get a hammering and was soon repaired. I was very surprised buy the bad manners of the staff at the reception very rude !!!! the staff at breakfast if you got up to get something else from the buffet you came back to your table where you left your personal belongings and the table would already be cleared they couldn't wait to get you out!!!
