I had a confirmed reservation for two rooms on 14 May 2013. On arrival in the evening I was notified that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. Although an alternative hotel was found in another part of the city, this was extemely annoying, shouldn't have happened, cost alot of extra time and stress and was very inconvenient.

very well placed in the EU institutions quarter. very quiet, clean and spacious rooms. nice service. main items for the breakfast. close to restaurants and bars. metro and train stations are only 5mn walk.

A hotel with modern, clean rooms in a quiet location within walking distance of most of the EC buildings. Taxi rank at end of the street. Excellent breakfast, but could begin a bit ealier than 07.00. I was allowed to have breakfast at 06.30 but with a restricted menu. Staff very helpful, and checkout is quick. Good value for money.

Very good right in the heart of the RU quarter. Staff were excellent. My room was at the rear of the building so very quiet. Comfortable bed and rooms appear to be recently refurbished.
