Dated hotel with small lobby, small bar and small rooms. My room was clean but the acoustics in the hotel were poor and, despite an early night, I was woken at midnight by doors closing and one or two other noisy guests. No point in complaining as they weren't shouting and I suspect they were just unaware of how sound... More

When I read the reviews for this hotel on here I was worried I was going to be staying in a run down prison-like nightmare! However, when we arrived, we were greeted by a clean exterior with well kept gardens and inside there was a lovely gentleman who checked us in. He gave us a map of both the city... More

The rooms are tooooo small and the breakfast is not worth the money. Just because of the proximity to the EXPO they are charging a bomb. Staff is friendly though. near by places there are good!! look around.. More

The hotel is run-down and in urgent need of renovation. Apart from the effects of time, it is clear that it was not properly constructed right from the beginning. Rooms are minuscule. There is no place for luggage, you 'll probably have to jump over it. The carpet was in really bad shape, with huge stains. There was no furniture... More

The pictures loaded with this hotel must have been taken 20 years ago -- everything is in disrepair, no AC, small rooms. They had arrogant workmen working and partying all night behind the hotel. This was so far out from the city, we had to take a 30 minute bus to get there. Our bathroom light didn't work, they told... More

I had a very noisy one night stay in this hotel at the end of August 2011. Lots of noise outside the room with other guests running around banging on each other's doors, could hear the traffic outside with the window shut and planes overhead until about 11.30. Was a short walk to the Atomium and Mini-Europe which was good... More

We stayed in a front room, just above the entrance awning, so our view out of the window included the Atomium (impressive 100m tall ball sculpture built for Expo) and the piles of rubbish on the awning. The staff were not extremely friendly, the ice machine was empty, rooms weren't air conditioned (temperature when we stayed was 30 degrees celcius)... More

We picked this hotel due to excellent location near Atomium. It was probably the only advantage. Receptionist was OK (even she couldn´t recommend any nearby restaurant saying "I am not from Brussels"). And even we booked double bed and got twin .... Dark rooms were sized probably for small kids, we have difficulties to get in with a luggage. A... More

This hotel was so dark at night that I didn't know I had arrived when the cab brought me to the path leading to the front door!! And the night clerk didn't check rgd identity when I walked over to the lift. Room: twin bed practically touching each other and the walls, good thing I only had a knapsack and... More
