Great hotel, very good location, all staff very courteous & helpful. The room was very nice, bed comfortable and we had a view on to the Grand Place, lots of bars nearby & Hard Rock Café just round the corner. Stayed for 3 nights with buffet breakfast included - the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The location of the Royal Windsor Hotel is great. Really within walking distance of the Grand Place. The hotel is good. Not outstanding, not average, not very good, but just good. The rooms are clean, the beds are good. One thing: if you are over 1,95cm the ceiling of the bathroom, when standing in the bath, is rather low.
