Ok, so it's basic. Small, steep narrow stairs, But the cleanliness is faultless and the locations is so central. This does have some drawbacks though- weekend nighttime noise could be an issue for the light sleeper, but we didn't mind. Polite staff and breakfast was served in the room. It consisted of OJ, t/c and variety of fresh breads and... More

The hotel was in a great location, across from the Mannekin Pis. The room had large window that opened wide. We didn't spend much time in the room, but when we did, it was fun to people watch the people at Mannekin Pis. The price was very reasonable for the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely no frills, but... More

I´ve stayed at the hotel for only one night, for I was moving to another city the following day. It is a very small family hotel, which has less than 10 rooms. It has no elevator, only an 80 cm wide staircases, so if you are taking a big suitcase with you or have a bone fracture, discard it with... More

Spent 2 nights here, sept 9th and 10th and it was perfect for us! we had no intention of staying in while in Brussels so the fact that the rooms are smaller than here in Canada didn't bother us a bit. Breakfast was filling, fresh pastries, jams, juice and good coffee. Served at your door! bathroom was clean and more... More

We stayed here for 2 nights(wish we could have stayed more) it was a 20minute walk from train station to here and was easy to find, The staff were great and helpful. Location very close to everything on foot, Staircase is narrow and a little steep but was ok. The room was big with a big Either double or small... More

The room was a good size but was at the top of 3 flights of narrow stair so hard to get your suitcases up, so if you have mobility issues ask for a room in advance on the 1st floor. The breakfast (served in the room) was average. Good location, walking distance to everything.

This place is reviewed as good value for money, and it is. Cleanliness in the bathroom was great, bedroom was just ok (curtains and bedspread could have used a wash). Other reviewers have mentioned noise, but I didn't find it a problem on the 3rd floor with the windows closed. The space is adequate and my room was reasonably laid... More

The room was big but very basic. Looks like a mom-and-pop establishment and the staff were a little difficult to get hold of when trying to check in, and out, but once found they were very helpful! The hotel is in the perfect location though, overlooking the Mannekin Pis and subsequently all the tourists having their photos taken. It provided... More

Of all the places we went in Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, this place was the one we enjoyed the least. It was acceptable but no more. The writeups we saw in the guidebooks led us to believe that it was more special than it was. Okay value for the money but a real let down for a honeymoon. We didn't... More

I wish I had read these reviews before booking. I would not recommend this place. While the room was fine, the location was not ideal due to the very close proximity to a primary tourist attraction, the in house gift shop and bars - crowded and noisy at all hours. Breakfast was the least pleasant of all our experiences on... More
