I stayed at this hotel for one night and I can say for sure that I will not be back. Now i am not someone who gives very negative opinions but I think that this time you have to consider the price of the room. I payed 200 euro for one night. The room was big, at first sight rather... More

They hold a very big amount on your card without any notice for a month and you can't pay the difference once you check-in, it will stay on hold and you have to pay it all at check-in. Was given a room which had a horrible smell, when i asked for another one, i was given a room which had... More

This is a premier hotel in location only. If you need a telephone by the toilet, this is for you. I was very disappointed. The breakfasts are free. However, expect the same buffet layout every day you eat there. The restaurant is large and laid out nicely. The wireless internet is strong. At 50 euros for a week it better... More

100m from the Grand Place, 50 m from Central Station, location couldn't be better, but don't expet anything else. Rooms are OK. Internet is paid, of course and ok, but not great. Connection si slow and face time / skype falters. There was a day with no hot water. Had to freak out to get them to move. Staff tries... More

Hello, Spend a night there for business. Quite late arrival but quick check in. Centrally located just 50 meters from the Grand Place. Parking is just 20 meters ....easy....Room clean, business feeling but ok. Bathroom clean...good service. Check out efficient. Rate was fine. Breakfast was very good and meeting expectations. It a good value for money for leisure ( central... More

Positives: Good location (near to the Gare Central, Grand-Place), nice and helpful receptionist (even I didn't understand his english very much:), coffee and tea free of charge in the lobby, small but clean and well-equipped room (I stayed in business single room - bathtub, hair dryer, towels, notebook, pen, envelopes, safety deposit box, minibar, ironing machine for trousers, satelite TV),... Situated right in the centre of town this is a great hotel. It offers very good acces to most of the tourist sites and is very close to main train and metro stations. Our room was great - very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea and chocolate drinks machine in the lobby was an excellent... More

This hotel is very well located in the Old Centre of Brussels, directly at one of the exits of Brussels-Central station (underground), which is just under 20 minutes from Brussels National Airport. There are numerous shops, restaurants and bars in the environment, and there is often a small art market on the square in front. The Grand-Place is just 3... More

Reading some of the reviews for this place I was tempted to try and find somewhere else after I had made the original booking...I'm very glad now that I didn't. This hotel is a little gem, the location couldn't be better, literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, and Grand Place. Trains run frequently and cost €5.40 pp,... More

We stayed between 8th March – 13th March. The location of the hotel is perfect to see all of Brussels main attractions. 2 minutes walk to Grand Place, 5 minutes to Royal Palace and Parks and the same to Palace du Justice. On arriving at Brussels Central Station from the Airport (trains every 15 minutes with a 15 minute travel... More
