I stayed overnight for a gig at L'Ancienne Belgique, which is a 2 minute walk away, and got an excellent deal including breakfast from otel.com. Location is very central, ideal for tootling round Brussels on foot or by Metro - there is a station practically outside hotel. Very comfortable rooms, nice breakfast & friendly, helpful staff.
