This is the kind of hotel you get what you pay for. Okay, the bathroom is small and the showercurtain looked a bit dirty. And breakfast is coffee, juice, bread, butter and jam. But the staff was friendly and we had a good night sleep. You can't expect luxury for that price in Brussels not far from the city centre....

Just stayed at the Royal Hotel last weekend. I had never been to Belgium before and we booked it last minute. It was the cheapest hotel in our internet search so we went with it. I suppose you get what you pay for. The "reception" is a tiny hole in the wall. Speaking of holes..our bathroom had a huge hole...
