Third time we have stayed at this hotel and there have been some changes. The charming comfortable bar has been closed as has the very excellent gastronomic restaurant to be replaced by a black and red cafe/bar. Great location, modern and sleek hotel, clean and good housekeeping  with convenient  underground car park (not the easiest to locate when driving through Brugge's narrow streets) with friendly helpful staff in the  cafe, which is located at street level. This is a great location in Brugge. The hotel is very clean and the room was large for European standards. Decorated very nice and bed was very comfortable. I would say the staff could have been more friendly, but after eating at restaurants in Brugge I noticed that the waitstaff and customer service is not what I am use to.... More
