Overall, the hotel was good. But a critical break in service spoiled the stay. I had a dreadful slip and fall getting out of the shiwer one morning. Found later I had cracked three ribs Told the person at the front desk very soon afterwards. Little concern showed. Asked that afternoon for some sort of rubber mat later that day.... More
