Our family stayed here for two nights. the location is perfect, closed to the square but far enough from the noise. Free parking, good room and bathroom, great breakfast. We'll go back.

This hotel is situated just outside the city centre, about 10 minutes walk. Opposite the hotel is free parking en the hotel is clean and the breakfast is well presented.

We booked 3 nights here, and enjoyed our stay. We had Room #1, it was quiet (facing a garden, and roofs). The room was cleaned every day. The staff is helpful and friendly (mainly french-speaking). Breakfast was delicious. it's a good 10 minutes walk to the centre. We would have appreciated tea and coffee making in the room or the...

Frankly said, the 3 points are for the cleanliness of the room, the friendly service and the good breakfast. The rest was disappointing.
The room we had booked online should not be let at all. Offered from the hotel as "a nice room on the backside of the hotel", The room has garden access - and a sink in its...

We booked the superior double room which was on the third floor, i was reasonably decorated, bet was actually two singles pushed together with two single quilts which for me was a little disappointing the room had 3 huge windows facing into the main road which was at times quite noisy.
The room had Tea and coffee making facilities in...

Gulden Vlies is a great little B&B right in the heart of Bruges. It sort of feels like you are living in someone's giant townhouse, but that's ok because the staff is really friendly and nice and helpful. They printed something for us, they left us a key when we checked in long after reception closed, they called us a...

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the owner was extremely helpful, breakfast was adequate and served with delicious coffee. Free car parking outside the hotel was an extra bonus. Ten minute walk into the centre of Bruges. Room furniture was dated but in keeping with the Belgian decor but it did have a lovely new bathroom.

Stayed here for 1 night, great location on the ring road with free parking opposite and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bruges. Lovely old building with high ceilings, we had a great room (#4), covered the whole front of the building on the 2nd floor. Some road noise but nothing the shutters and curtains couldn't hide....

I found our staying at the Gulden Vlies a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. We paid for a standard double room 85 € and maybe the double superior is better but our rooms were appalling. First we were given a room that maybe is normally a service room and not for guests, because you need...

I'm very sorry to read this comment because it is so different from all the other comments; the room you first had in the back of the house is very big and extremely quiet with a small garden you can use and most people really love it -some ask especially for this room. It is true the other room is...
