location was good shopping area is in front of hotel, square is a five minute walk. big rooms comparing to other hotels in Bruges amazing garden for afternoon tea/breakfast. staff very friendly and helpful the best place to stay in Bruges!

Very large and comfortable room. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied. Just a few minutes walking distance to Markt, Burg, and lots of eateries. During our stay there was a business conference taking place at he hotel, and they reserved the whole restaurant, so we didn't have a chance to eat there.
