Second trip to Tahiti and decided to stay 5 days at the Raddison before heading to Bora Bora. The Raddison itself is reasonably well appointed, nice pool area but the service is shocking and the food is very average. Every day items were missed from room service and required sometimes two calls to get towels etc. rooms not cleaned well,... More

Stayed here in for 5 nights, just wanted to get away and try somewhere different. It's about a half an hour ride from the airport, got a taxi as soon as we got out, didn't think it was that expensive either. Were checking in at the reception and the friendly lady checking us in upgraded us to a suite! Walked... More

After disembarking from the Paul Gauguin Cruise, this hotel was my "day room" awaiting my night flight back to the States. The rooms were large but very dark. Could have used better lighting especially if you are a night time reader. I relaxed by the pool and even walked the black sand beach. Quite different from the beaches of the... More

The Radisson is about 25 minutes from the airport, so a lot of travel agents book you into this hotel. It's a big hotel at the beachfront with a lovely pool, good food and a market type shop and a upmarket shop, so they have everything covered. With the main town only 10 minutes away too, you could stay a... More

We stayed at this hotel with our four year old for 4 nights in a family suite. Wonderfully quiet environment with just the roar of the waves to lull you to sleep. Rooms are spread out away from the main buildings but this is excellent in terms of noise. The room was excellent, spacious and with two air conditioners. The... More

The Radisson was one of the three hotel choices offered to us by the airline as a free Tahiti stop over on our way back from New Zealand. I chose the Radisson after reading many reviews of all the hotel choices. The reasons were location, and view. I wanted to be out of the city, and have a great ocean... More

We spent 3 nights here after coming back from Bora Bora, so have to appreciate that Tahiti is a little different from the pearl white sandy beaches. We arrived on a public holiday (Easter Monday) and as such there were people everywhere, but for the 2 days after this it quietened right off, so it wasn't too bad. It was... More

Most of people going to French Polynesia say they do not like Tahiti, and are moving immediately to Bora Bora or Moorea. It is clearly a mistake as Tahiti seen from the skies is one of the jewels of this world in the South Pacific. Doing business in this island for 15 years I have clearly tried most of the... More

Ia Orana and mauru’uru for those kind and great comments. An exotic, tropical experience. Beautiful property. Gorgeous pool, but taken up up with scheduled classes alot of the time. Room was huge, with a big lounge room that opened onto a large veranda overlooking the black sand beach. Great staff that was very helpful and accomodating. Remote, in that if you didn't have a car, you had to eat there,... More

This hotel was in a difficult location. I'd hoped to be able to swim in the sea. However, due to the sharp coral and currents, a sign announced that swimming is not recommended and the hotel has put up fencing to prevent guests from going down to the sea. Also, the coral is black and this means that the water... More

We regret our location was inappropriate especially that being on the East coast is the Islands’ most environmentally friendly zone. Please also note that Radisson Plaza resort Tahiti is officially a classified 4 star Resort. Also, we are guessing you swam at the end corner bay (300 Metres) away from the actual Resort location. We have the biggest beach on... More
