Clean, welcoming, charming. So relaxing and peaceful - couldn't have been better

We stayed here for 3 days while visiting the Alentejo around Evora. The accommodation is fine, and in certain ways better than that but the hostess comes across as slightly detached and not particularly friendly. Rather nice place in the countryside at 4 km from Evora, clean rooms BUT the service is quite poor as you often have the feeling that tourists are not-so-welcomed (e.g. the owner snorts when you ask for some more coffee at breakfast!) which may be enough to spoil a vacation atmosphere
