we stayed at the neptuno apts in sept a couple of repairs needed doing when we went in to apartment. it was sorted next day.spotlessly clean staff very helpful. perfect location for everything. only negative thing bathroom could do with updating. would recomend neptuno for young and old. More

We had a one bedroomed apartment on the first floor. The apartment was spacious but furniture was tatty and uncomfortable to use. Booked a quiet 2 bedroom apartment which was confirmed in Feb 2009. When we arrived we were shown to a noisy one bed apartment, which faced on to a busy street and was positioned directly over the foyer which had chimes that "bing bonged" every time anyone entered or exited ie. almost constantly throughout the day up till 12 midnight....
