You would have trouble finding a bad review of this place. It's pricey, but worth it since the full kitchen saves eating out costs. Great location, perfect accommodations, good staff, nice pools. Just realised that I posted my review under 'Algar Seco' so I'm now copying it to thr right place! Wow!! All I can say is, wish we'd stayed here!! Called for lunch after a recommendation. Not an extensive menu but received attentive service with first class food. Shame it was our last day as would definitely have gone back.

We have visited Carvoeiro at least 6 times since 2007, the first time we visited Algar Seco Parque was on a wet windy January day but it still looked wonderful. Superb location with outstanding gardens and impeccable maintenance. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our studio was huge with a great terrace overlooking the ocean. Pool area is fantastic. Would highly recommend this little slice of paradise.
