This is a very good 4 star hotel, which we got on a good deal with breakfast included. The first thing you will notice about the Tivoli is its lovely staff. They deserve top marks for their professionalism, friendliness and good humour. The room has minibar- expensive. Coffee making is a mini nexpresso machine. You pay for each shot. Milk had to be ordered throu room service and although we requested sugar we had to resort to bringing sachets from breakfast , which is very expensive. Also only 2 tea bags . Nice location within walking distance from the castle, river, restaurants etc. Good breakfast and terrace bar and restaurant. Some areas show signs of wear. Rack rates would have been high, we got a good offer and an upgrade once we arrived. Friendly staff. More
