Hotel is quite good not so in the Centre as reported, but the staff and all the people was ok,
some room are very noisy due to traffic in all the day, it is close to the Metro on stops Parque or Marques Pombal it is also close to the stop of Airport bus..
Price is ok for the quality...

I can't understand why there have been some negative reviews. I found the reception staff and porter to be welcoming and the 2 issues I had in the room (remote control not working and a dud bulb in my bedside lamp) were resolved in minutes.
The room itself was spotless and had recently been painted and the bathroom was modern....

We stayed for two nights in this narrow and seemingly old hotel. In terms of price it was doing ok and it wasn't reall. It was clean but not shiny and reception was very busy. Parking is like hell in this place. You can walk or take the subway to reach downtown. Breakfast is on 10th floor, beware of vertigo....

Miss this one like the plague! it is dated, dirty and has Best Western cards in the rooms but has not been a BW for 4 years. 3 of us stayed on a business trip and each of us were extremely disappointed, especially as we were charged 95 euro per room.
