“Something for budget travelers”

For a budget traveler like me is Residencial Caravela a good choice. A simple furnished room, but with a private, really clean, bathroom and air conditioning. I booked this hotel as part of a BA package. it certainly wasn't up to normal BA hotel stds. 1 1/2 miles from what I called the city centre, and not a pleasant walk. this hotel is used by builders etc in their paint & plaster splattered overalls.the breakfast is the meanest I've seen, however rooms are clean, beds are hard . The people are nice,lift is very old & a bit temperamental.When dining area is on 6th floor ,this can be difficult More

My husband and I stayed along with another couple at the hotel for 4 nights. It was slightly further away from the main centre of Lisbon than we had been lead to believe by the descriptions we had found of the hotel but it was very reasonably prices because of this.
