At the mouth of the lagoon as it meets the sea is a spectacular expanse of sandy beach, Bom Sucesso beach overlooking the estuary towards Foz. For me this made the holiday. Very nice choice for a romantic weekend! Near to Óbidos were you can eat and drink very well and the houses are wonderful - very well equipped and amazingly decorated! The resort is still a ‘work in progress’ but already it is a very nice spot for a great weekend! Hope to get back there when it’s all done! More
