We booked this break, and paid for an update to a 'deluxe' room. The website and hotel booking details stated that deluxe rooms had 'the same as a standard room and in addition included a balcomy, robes and slippers'. We had none of these in our room and popped down to reception. They said that not all deluxe rooms had... More

I stayed for a week with my family (2 rooms). The rooms (we had junior suites) were of a good size and clean with reasonable facilities. Bathrooms were modern although the shower in my bathroom was over the bath and it was impossible to get the shower head to stay pointing in the right direction! The one in the other... More

The first thing you notice about the hotel is that the pictures are very deceptive. Even in the picture of the hotel on this site it appears that the hotel is standing alone all in itself. However the hotel is in a small alley and is surrounded by larger building to the extent that unless you are standing right in... More

Disappointing overall. It has taken 2 days to get a wifi connection anywhere in the hotel. Informed the front desk and not too interested, said other guests had been seen connecting. We tried on 3 devices all the same. It works a bit better today, on for 5 mins then stops for 5 mins - with luck I'll get this... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst enjoying a city break to Athens. The hotel itself was very quiet, however the staff were polite and friendly on arrival. The reception area was very clean and tidy as was our room. There was only one English TV channel and that was MTV Greece, which wasn't quite as expected and as... More

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast (included) was OK. The location was perfect for us, not far away from the Barth-station with easy access to San Fran! The only minus was that we got a room with a defect aircondition. We contacted the front desk several times about it, but we never got any messages back. Did they put effort... More

Stayed there with my wife for one night on February 2012. I've booked it on booking.com for the best offered price. It's located in a quite street, close to two metro stations. We were upgrated to a suite, due to overbooking so the stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and most of all very quiet. The breakfast... More

If you want to find fault in this hotel you will, however I am pleased to report that I enjoyed my stay here! The best part of this hotel is the bed - very comfortable which is so important to me. We had a triple room and I am sure all the beds are the same. Apart from that the... More

After a 4-night stay here, I would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was relaxed and very acceptable, the room was spacious and (apart from some small, niggling, maintenance problems in the bathroom) excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with the final bill, also! Location could not be bettered; just a short walk to the nearest... More

Location: in a very safe and quiet area of Athens (Koloniaki), just 2 metro stations away from Acropoli. 3minutes walk from metro station (Ambelokipi). Metro in same line to/from the airport (journey takes around 40minutes and ticket is 8euros per person per way). Area full of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarket... Hotel: beautiful lobby with a TV and papers. One PC... More
