The place is kept very clean and people are helpful and kind. The stairs could prove challenging for some. The wifi is not the best either and some of the rooms could use some renovation (been there another time). But overall it's a very good choice.

What is not perfectly clear in the literature on Chania Town is that no cars are allowed in all of Old Town. Great studio on third floor - spacious and clean, with heating/air con. Good location in centre of old town so handy for everything. If you have a car you have to leave it several streets away as basically most of old town is pedestrians only
