Silde was a charming Venetian period home with a central location. We loved the setting in the narrow old town streets. Silde's owner Silvia welcomed us like family during our second stay. We were late booking, as usual, so only the ground floor studio was available. Despite our concerns over noise we slept well - the air-conditioning works well so you can close the windows which keep out most of the noise. The airco is placed above the living room section... I can only agree with the other glowing reviews. The owner is helpful and friendly, well located in the old town near to everything, comfotable and with all you need for a short stay. The owners suggested restaurants are excellent. Cannot fault this for a home away from home feel. More
