There is a very good place in the city.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The beautiful landscape from the balcony. Breakfast was cool. The rent-a-car next to the door of the hotel . Not far from port and central bus station. Only one issue: at the upper floors Wi-Fi works not stable

Great staff, nice accomodations, perfect location. Sure, the room and the bathroom was smaller than what you find in US hotels but still very usable. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel. It is located close to the bus station (easy to get to Knossos!!), the Ferry terminal, interesting walks around the harbor and old fort, shopping, and the museum.

friendly atomosphere, perfect services, good location (It is very close to the habor, thus enabling us to access easily),..... One thing worthy of mentioning is a unforgettable gentleman who called "Nandas" is the most competent person in the reception desk. He is great! His service always exceeds your expectation!

I had a family room which had comfortable beds and a great view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially since I had a late-night ferry back to Athens. The breakfast was great and the location is also great--very central and great views. I would definitely go back!

I really like this hotel: small but cosy and fully equipped rooms, I couldn't ask for more from a hotel within walking distance from Heraklion downtown. The breakfast room view is fantastic (but what a pity that they stopped serving espresso...). All in all, best value for money in Heraklion city. Cant wait to get back!
