The couple and daughter saw to all our needs, answered any questions including travel plans,made sure we had parking for our rental and all in all were very pleasant. The rooms were spotless. Simple but roomy. The view of the sea was worth the slight price differential. What a view from our room!!! This hotel is located on the waterfront of Heraklion and it offers rooms with sea view. Definitely ask for one! It is worth the money!
