This could be a nice hotel because its location is very good.
Nevertheless the rooms need serious refurbishment. There was mold in the bathroom, spots on carpets and chairs, cigerette burns on linen, the wallpapers were torn in places, the breakfast was negligible.
Staff was friendly and this is the only reason I am not giving it a "Terrible" rating....
