“No frills, budget hotel”

Don't expect too much but the price you pay is significantly lower. More important, our room was clean, the fridge and airco worked. The whole place is a bit old fashioned, the safe did not work (batteries leaked and were still in there) and indeed, there is a 'living' that smelled smokey. They don't serve breakfast. Massively inefficient booking and check-in system. Owner absent but available on the phone - only the cleaning lady was in. Unsure we were even going to get the second room we had booked til 4.00pm. Owner appeared not to know what he was doing. Nasty little, smoke-filled sitting rooms with a coffee/drinks machine and a tv. Quiet residential area, but... More
