“Never get put on top floor”

Stayed here as our normal hotel was full. Apparently the lower floor rooms are OK but the top floor is a disaster. To say they're tired is an understatement and I would not give this a star rating at all. I stayed here for just over three weeks while working ,my bed was always made and room was always clean also very friendly staff
