We had a lovely time in Copenhagen - the hotel is in a perfect central location with easy access to Tivoli, Strøget, Nyhavn etc. we had a refurbished room which was excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and we will stay there again.

Excellent location,you can almost walk to everything. The room was clean,and I liked that there was no carpet on the floor. One neagtive thing was that the shower was very small,so when you showered all the water came out too the bathroom floor.in the shower in the bathroom, there have been some water in the timber that has done it... Excellent hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Very eco friendly and retro styling is very cool. Very close to the city centre and central station. Room was basic and the safe did not work. The bathroom was clean. I would stay at hotel again.

Cosy hotel with a difference. Although room has less space that we would normally be used to on our travels, we did have an enjoyable stay. We had a great time in my mothers home town. Been coming to Copenhagen since 1954 😊 This was our first stay at Alexandra and we enjoyed it. There are other hotels with more glamouros roms, but room 653 was perfect for us. Staff was nice and helpful.
