Did not know there was no air conditioning/cooling system in the room. Seems to be somewhat normal for Copenhagen, but not for a traveler like myself. Room looked OK, but I could not stay there without climate control. Front desk person was not nice.

Very basic hotel. I would not recommend it because the room price is high for what you get. Location is good. Toilet is very small with only shower curtain. Room without refrigerator and electric boiler. Breakfast is ok. It is the most expensive hotel I stayed considering what I get.

we spent 3 nights here on a family city break and had a compact but perfectly adequate room. The location is very good- near all transport inc central station but also near Tivoli gardens and other main attractions. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast very good for hungry people. Would recommend as not crazily expensive in an expensive city

Friendly hotel but quite basic and not as central as we would have liked. Not ideal for disabled guests as there is a step into reception and no ramp. Only breakfast is available and the lifts are very small

The room was south-west oriented and due to the wonderful weather in CPH the sun was shining in it all afternoon long. Unfortunately the windows could only be opened appr. 3 cm., so the heat couldn't get out of the room. My wife and I stayed three nights in this hotel, about 10 mins walk from Copenahgen Central Station. Our room was comfortable but a bit long and thin, with a tiny en-suite. Nicely located (walking distance from the Central Station, but you may go closer by one Metro station also) this old 3-star hotel worth attention only because its so-so services are not overpriced. This was probably a luxury hotel some 20 years ago! Still a fully functional three star hotel in a good location. We never used any public transport on our stay. Breakfast as expected. Good value for your money if you can accept less than brand new decors! Would stay again!

Nice hotel, not luxury. Great location near city centre. Breakfast was enjoyable. Room basic, quite good shape. Bathroom was little. This hotel is good value for money.
