We arrived at 11pm by which time there was no food available in the hotel and the bar was closed. Asked about housekeeping to iron a shirt and was (nicely) told where the iron and ironing board was on the 4th floor - help myself. The guy on reception was pleasant enough and helped with our booking change. The bedroom...

Attentive personnel in the reception area.
We had one of the bigger rooms at the hotel. The decoration in the room was little but better than most hotels, did like the designer details in the room. Just how we like it. Bathroom was a bit dull.
They had no bartender so one of the people from the reception was a...

Been staying here a couple of times when it was First Hotel Garden. No big change, a few new logos and I think a few layers of paint some places. Some signs of renovation in the rooms also. Checkin and checkout without problems. Average size clean room. No time for breakfast this time, but very good the other times I...

I stayed on Monday night. For a rate of €60 I was given an average size room, twin beds and flat screen tv. Internet access is free, but the Cloud log in is a bit of a nightmare. Took me 20 minutes and several attempts to register. Computer access is available in reception. All staff are pleasant and helpful. No...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, while on a mini Christmas break in Malmo. We both found the hotel to be very nice and just right for our short trip. The room was tiny, but clean and well kept, so it didn't bother us that it was small. The reception staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet...

There are lots of hotels near this one, we stayed there only because it was cheaper that day.
After 23.00, one cannot get a drink or anything there. When we asked where to get a drink, they told us to go to another hotel... [I could have done that in the first place]
There was no mini-bar or fridge in...

I stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Malmo. The position of the hotel is perfect for exploring the area as it's right in the centre of the city and 10 minutes walk to the railway station.
The hotel has a very welcoming lounge/bar area which I made use of a couple of times because the rooms...

Very convenient hotel right in the heart of the city of Malmö, but quiet. Simple and functional rooms, free Wifi, very good nordic breakfast buffet (but get there early as the late rising-tourist folk tend to linger and block all tables. Usually very good deals online if you search a bit.

Excellent, full swedish breakfast. The location is very good. The bed was narrow for two people, and we got only one cover, so it was inconvenient. I think it is a single room, not a double room. :-) There was heating in the hotel, but not in the room. Fortunately it was not very cold at night (october) but what...
