My wife and friends stayed in the downstairs suite. Previous reviews are accurate about size, etc. We visited in June and all had trouble sleeping due to light coming in the windows; the blinds are not effective. I found the pillows to be too small and thin. Helen is very nice, but we'd probably not stay here again.

- Official Description (provided by the hotel):
-
My house is a typical Swedish family home, situated in a wooded suburban area close to the centre of town. It is quiet and relaxing. The house is built on solid granite rock, and the garden is wild and beautiful, with deer and rabbits coming from the local forests to eat my flowers! You can rent a bike and be in the city centre in 15 min. It´s the very best way to see Stockholm which is made for cyclists and is not at all dangerous.Cycling leaves you free to explore the city at your leisure, but if you don´t feel like being so energetic, you can use the local transport system. It takes 15 - 20 min to go from my door to the centre of town by bus and subway. You are welcome to stay in my home and encounter the real Sweden. I look forward to receiving you as my guests. Helen.
