Beautiful older, but up to date, hotel, greatest location you can get. The best breakfast ever and wonderful restaurant. We had a room with a balcony and enjoyed all 5 days. They have free bicycles, which is a great way of seeing Stockholm. More

Nice hotel, the location is just perfect, the room is very spacious, they have umbrellas for the customers. Breakfast with a good variety of food. The only bad thing was the evil eye of the receptionist because we waited 2 hours in the lobby/bar, in order to leave for the airport. More

Stayed at The Diplomat for the 2nd time - again location location location - ideal for a short stay in Stockholm - walking distance to all main sights, Palace, Gamle Stan, Vasa Museum, Opera - staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel Diplomat has a fantastic location. Nowadays it seems to be THE strongest selling point for the hotel. The lobby is nice and so is the restaurant.
