I think this hotel is very well located on top of T-Bana station Radhuset, easy access to the blue line. It is also about 5 minutes walk from Arlanda Express, use the northern exit. The lobby is very modern and spacious, check in was fairly easy and quick. The room decoration is black and white, black furniture and white bedding.... More

The bed was great, the bathroom was lovely, the room was clean- but when all you want is a cup of coffee in the morning (before you get ready for the day), trekking down 8 floors to the makeshift buffet is not ideal. The hotel has a great location- close to water front and restaurants/shops. More

Hotel is situated on Kungsholmgaten which is about 5 minutes walk from the central station and the entrance to the blue line subway is beside the hotel. Rooms are compact but very comfortable, breakfast is amazing with a huge selection to suit any mood. Nice bar in the main lobby as well as a restaurant (I did not eat in... More

I had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room was clean, simple, comfortable and quiet. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. I'd have no reservations staying here again. More

My partner and I were heading up to Stockholm for the Easter break and saw this hotel had an "Easter offer". Normally we stay at Scandic, but decided this offer was worth trying. Had we paid normal tariff for First Hotel Amaranten it would definitely not have been worth the money. The room we had was cramped and barely any... More

I had a terrible stay at Amaranten. The curtains are too small and the sun is in your face as of 7 am. No mini bar. And a continuous noise probably from the airco which is located on the roof. Unacceptable for the price. Breakfast is nice. Location nearby the underground is convenient. More

I should start by saying that I got my room at a VERY good price via one of First's 24-hour sales, so watch out for these. Stockholm is expensive, and this place would also have been at full price. My room was very clean and modern - kind of typically Scandinavian in design with its wooden floor and clean finishes.... More

I stayed in this hotel with a group of 30 people, all stayed in double room. We said that we where going arrive at 13h00 and they said that was ok, but when we arrived there they still didn't have the room ready for us, so we hat to leave the baggage’s in the hotel and went to eat in... More

Good location of the hotel. I got a rather large room but the heating system did´nt work - it was very hot in the room and because of that, not easy to sleep. Okey breakfast but I was up early - guess it can be crowded later on in the mornings. All together a "basic" hotel that did´nt make any... More

This hotel is OK, but in this price range you could find much better hotels in Stockholm. The location is good, close to buses, metro, but the neighbourhood is a bit dull. The room was a bit small and the bathroom tiles could use a good cleanup. The lobby and breakfast area was nice but a bit dark. Breakfast was... More
