Scandic hotels are usually good, and this one is too. It does what it is ment to do, but not much more. Rooms were clean, area was peaceful, and everything worked ok. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, as it usually is. A nice hotel, no luxury. More

The room we had, a superior room was actually a suite, large bedroom and a living room with 4 armchairs. Two bathrooms as well. We stayed here for an extended period due to the Iceland volcano and having our flight cancelled. We couldn't have been in a better place. The staff here went to so much trouble in supporting us and helping us with buses, trains, restaurants etc. The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The hotel is very dated but it pretty clean. The bathrooms need to be renovated. The service is fine. It is a fine hotel for a night or 2 but not for a romatic holiday. More
