Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, luxurious bed and pillows. Just love the valet parking... We really enjoyed our stay with my daughter, no bother that Justin Bieber was staying there at the same time… Location excellent in the heart of the city, close to everything.

Honestly, nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The dilapidated exterior can be misleading as the interior is five star. Location was amazing and the service top notch. Parts of the hotel could be updated, but overall very happy with my stay. Even saw some rock stars in the hotel bar by surprise...

I stayed here for two nights. I found the hotel to be great. Breakfast was wonderful (expensive but wonderful). Room was great, bed extremely comfortable, internet (again expensive) but never had a problem with it. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Staff were all amazing and answered every question and need I had. i Highly recommend this hotel.
