Stayed recently with family in their family room which had a sofa bed that once opened was a danger for the children due to sharp edges, when commented about it was informed that no one else had complained instead of a solution given. Customer service at this hotel was excellent. Check-in was easy, people at the desk were very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is nice and everything is working. The breakfast is excellent as always in Scandic-Hotels. There is free parking for your car and the location for the hotel is ideal for City holiday. Hotel is next the Stockmann and Market Square. I would recommend this hotel for anyone but fits best for adults because of the location.
