We found the quality of hotels in Iceland to be sub standard. But Hotel Keflavik was very good. Rooms were comfortable, we had free internet and the breakfast was very good. We stayed here on 2 separate occasions and both times the quality was the same. For the price we paid we felt Hotel Keflavik offered good value.

We stayed here overnight during a 24hr layover in Iceland on our way to Scotland. Our double room was clean and of adequate size. I found the service to be excellent and the breakfast to be delicious. Breakfast served 5am-10am so plenty early enough for our morning departure.

Breakfast has a great selection and way above standard continental breakfast we have in US. Great service from staff. Rooms have everything needed and ok in size. Would come here again and would recommend to others.

My room was a single and when I opened the door I had to laugh, I've seen closets bigger. It was very tight but enough room to do pushups. The best word I have to describe this hotel is "quaint". We actually booked to stay in guesthouse across the street, but it wasn't cleaned and ready for us. The lady at the desk apologized and quickly gave us rooms in the hotel! Hotel is close enough to the airport and has an amazing breakfast! Highly recommend it!
