We stayed this month and had a phenomenal time! We rented Apartment 20 and could not have asked for any better. It was plenty of room for two people and our gear. It had a beautiful balcony and we made a lot of good use of it watching people and the pond. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants... More

Thank you for your great review. I am glad our efforts are appreciated :) We have now put an insulating carpet on the staircase and hope this will minimize disturbance from guests leaving very early in the morning. We do recycle all glass, bottles, cans, paper and cardboard. There is a 24/7 customer service and we quickly respond to any... More

We stayed in one of the studio apartments for one night. Small but perfectly formed with even a small kitchenette. Great location really close to the centre. The best value of all the places we stayed in Iceland. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this place for my trip to Iceland in Feb. I think it must be one of the best located apartment/hotel in Reykjavik. Right out side the door you have national museum. All the places of interest in the city are pretty much at a walking distance. Staff is really courteous. THough, there isn't much involvement of staff... More

I stayed in Apartment 40 which is directly opposite the main entrance to the apartments. They were very clean and serviced daily and although small (there is no entrance hall and all rooms run into each other) they were plenty big enough for two people. We had two trips booked with Superjeeps and were picked up practically right outside the... More

This was a nice sized room, very private and located close to town. We took a bus to the blue lagoon which picked us up right in front, as did our airport transportation. Cute restaurants and shops rig in town in walking distance. We did whale watching which wasn't too exciting but still a fun experience. My husband and I... More

We booked one of the self catering studios for the first night of our round the Island trip over the Easter Holidays. The hosts were great at providing lots of information up front such as things to do and places to see along with local amenities. We even got an update with all the Easter weekend opening times for everything,... More

I've had the pleasure of staying here twice, in a one bedroom apartment in Castle House in 02/11 and more recently in a two bedroom at the Embassy location this month. Along with family, we've now used apartments 60 and 61 (one bed), suite 70 and suite 138, all of which have been absolutely fantastic. The photos on the website... More

Good points - Small apartment but had everything we needed (apartment 61) - Was good to have a small kitchen area - Staff cleaned the apartment throughly every day and even did the washing up - Comfy matress and bedding - TV with lots of channels - Always warm, which is very nice coming in from the cold icelandic wind... The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and cozy ! We stayed in the Embassy apartments, which were in a residential neighborhood about a 7 minute walk from a part of central Reykjavik (shops, restaurants, bars, etc...). Our family loved the stay in the apartments and were very comfortable in the various rooms. Reykjavik is a very mellow and... More
