Festa Brava is well worth the money. Cheap basic hotel, spotless room with tv and big bathroom with good shower. Staff very friendly. Central location, yet quiet. It is a bit tricky to find as it is on a small alley which locals may not know. But keep asking, Andorra people are lovely and helpful.

This 3 star hotel is very basic, but hairdryer in the room is a plus and the continental breakfast offered a bit more than just croissant and coffee. The personnel was very friendly (at least when communicating in French) and did even some extra services for us. There is no AC, so during summer the rooms can be unpleasantly hot.
