The hotel is located outskirts Villach... nowhere near the center or the thermal bath (which at the time of our stay was under construction).
The hotel staff was very rude and arrogant. It seemed like they were busier preparing their own coffee or reading a newspaper in the office than trying to serve us checking in or out plus paying...
