We were in Innsbruck for one night. our tour operator booked our room in Alp Hotel. Hotel is not welcoming at all. There was no common breakfast for all . Breakfast was laid in two separate space for guests. Breakfast served for us was horrible.

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel on our way to Italy Excellent and fast reception are very convenient when you arrive after numerous hours on the road. Very nice breakfast already available early next morning made that we made it to our destination earliet hten expected !

I spent 4 nights in Alphotel, staff is extremely friendly..room is well kept, clean and tidy. View is amazing.. ! However, it is far from the city centre. The only negative about this clean, tidy, well presented hotel is the distance from the centre. I would certainly stay here again but the walk is either great or a 'mare depending on your view point. Lovely city though

Our family stayed here last night. My only real complaint was the lack of AC, but we knew that when we booked. Wifi is good and free. Room was basic, but acceptable. Location is not the best, but it worked for our purposes. I will splurge on future trips for AC. It is not cool enough to not have it.
