The website claims the rooms have AC, but what they don't tell you is only the 5th floor has AC, and when you check in, you have to pay 10 EUROS per person per night to "upgrade" to the 5th floor. Our accommodations were fabulous at the Hotel Neue Post. We found the staff and management to be very helpful and they even opened the breakfast buffet early to help us get to Kuhtai for our son's Halfpipe and Slopestyle Youth Olympic events. We would visit again. The hotel location was walking distance to great restaurants and the casino!!

One thing i enjoy about this hotel is the location as well as the cozyness ! of it all , down to earth and no formalities , clean and reminds one of being in Tyrol ( does not have that plastic/empty feeling of other hotels ) , also the people at the front desk are helpful when they can ,
