Entrance is not appealing but once you get into the apartment it is lovely and bright and airey with high ceilings and long windows with chandeliers and very clean and comfortable . Great staff, super flexible and uber accommodating. We arrived late, changed the dates - all handled in the most pleasant manner. Over New Years, some small bottles of bubbly were dropped off to help us celebrate, such a lovely thought. Location was fabulous, very convenient, with a great tram service.

An apartment is defnitely the best option in Vienna. These are located just outside of the main city centre, but still really easy to get around everywhere and it's a short walk to U-bahn stations.
