I would like to confirm all the positive comments from all the people doing that before me. Especially the staff friendliness and the wonderful breakfast in the green inner courtyard with nice weather is an experience. The location is perfect with all the public transportation and the airport bus leaving in walking distance at Westbahnhof station. And if you are... More

being curious as the hotel has good reviews and the hotels online-presentation looked inviting i decided to try out the Boutiquehotel Stadthalle on my latest trip to vienna. it was a dissapointment though and i am a bit struggling to comprehend the hype about this place, as its quite average and for that its overpriced the good things first: -... Dear Christian, Thank you for staying with us and for taking your time to give us such detailed feedback! We are happy to offer our guests access to our WIFI free of charge, but since our hotel is located in a residential area, we secure the access to the internet by a log-in mode in order to guarantee our guests... We spent 3 nights here, primarily booked due to its location close to the concert hall and railway/tram line. It was too far to walk into the city so I wouldn't stay here if you wanted to be able to walk. Even though it rained quite a lot, and it was cold, the room was far too hot for us,... More

Stayed there for a couple of nights in the pension section of the hotel. It's located about 200 meters away from the hotel. The room was nice and clean, it was ready even before the check in time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price of the room was very good for this time of year. The tram station... More

This hotel promises a lot in its publicity, but for once it's all true. The location close to the Westbahnhof was ideal for us as we had an early train to catch. The immediate area is a bit dull, though there are some good restaurants (which the hotel staff can recommend), but you can be in the city centre in... More

We used this place twice and the advantage is that you get a 10% discount on repeat visits!! Also, if you take the train, you get another 10% discount. Anyway, nicely done up hotel. Rooms we got were clean and well maintained. Wifi was a great help to check emails. They've got complimentary fruits in the lobby and the best... More

Stayed there a couple weeks ago on our first night in Austria. We picked it based on TA, the hotel website and the close location to the Westbanhof. Very delightful and modern hotel. We had a "double" room on the first floor facing the inner courtyard garden. It was very quiet which was much appreciated after a long trans-Atlantic trip.... More

The hotel staff is very friendly and wiling to help. The lavender theme is represented in both decor and shampoo! Our room was spacious, bathroom was modern, kind of half-open (with curtain). Fine bed. The breakfast was fine, not very extensive but very good to start the day. The hotel does not serve lunch or diner. Public transport is very... More

I just arrived at the hotel this morning for my very first visit to Austria, and needless to say, Vienna. So far, my expectations of the Boutiquehotel Stadhalle have been fully met and some even exceeded. I gave the room four stars because I've stayed at spectacular five star hotels and this is not a five start hotel. However, the... More

We were a group of 7 who stayed at this hotel last weekend. It was a great hotel. I liked their environmental awareness and the fact that they are energy self sufficient. Our room was great (we booked a twin and got a family room which was really spacious). Some of our group's rooms were a bit on the small... More
