Great location, clean room, helpful stuff, exceptional breakfast, free wifi..just a superb stay! Cant forget that there are many clubs nearby so perfect for young people! I will definitely come back...

I spent a few nights here in February. The location is hard to beat. Just off Kärntner Str. and Graben, not even a minute from Stephansplatz (unless you get held up by the numerous shops on the way). There is an excellent supermarket in the same building (open till 8pm weekdays and 6pm on Saturday) and plenty of restaurants nearby.... More

So good pension in the ehart if Vienna, close to Stephanplatz, metro, historic area, shoping are, ringstrasse, Mozart House, Opera. Excellent hotel with so friendly, kind and helpful staff. Reception 24 hours on site. Comfortable and clean rooms with excellent view to city. I would like to say many thanks to all staff of hotel!!!

Several of us stayed at the Neuer Markt Pension, It was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The. rooms are very clean and appointed well. We also appreciated elevator in the building, since the reception area is not on the ground floor. The location is great, right in the middle of Ringstrasse.

Central location. Right in the heart of town. Very old building. Second floor to the rooms but has a lift. Breakfast is average. Shower is shot, towels small, no amenities. Noisy doors slamming at night. Look around for another spot.

This place was described by Rick Steve's as having the ambiance of a cruise ship, not sure what ships he's been on ??? but this place was a dump.
