Vienna hotels are generally expensive and dated. This is just like that. Not expensive by Vienna standards but at Eur150 you'd expect more. Superb location (very central), friendly staff, good breakfast and very quiet. Yes the decor is somewhat dated but for somewhere convenient to stay at a reasonable price you can't ask for more. In addition the two restaurants opposite, The Sole and the Wienbotscahft are good as well.

Generally good hotel with friendly staff. The location is perfect, just off the Kartner Strasse next to St. Stephan Carhedral. Breakfasts were very good. The only suggestion is to add non-pork meat to the menu. The bathroom equipment needs an update. My wife cut herself on an old shower hand. Recommended for not so fussy travellers.
