From the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff to the charming and well appointed rooms, this little gem is absolutely wonderful. While we had planned to stay at another apartment/pension in downtown Vienna (called the Pension Astra), when we set our exhausted eyes on the dreadful rooms, mismatched furniture, peeling wallpaper and filthy carpets, we knew that we couldn't stay there....
